Bare Bones Butcher is seeking candidates for two open positions:


Line Cook

Bare Bones Butcher offers a daily limited menu to provide lunch and dinner to our customers and guests. The line cook will be responsible for executing a high-volume lunch service and and dinner service with the ability to think ahead and work quickly and efficiently. Experience is a plus; this person will be given the opportunity to learn, as well as the ability to teach! Creativity and fresh ideas are always welcome at Bare Bones Butcher.

Position includes:

  • 40 hours / week

  • Cook using local ingredients and house made products

  • Assist with recipe development

  • Learn about food and whole animal sustainability

Prep Cook / Dishwasher

Interested in learning more about whole animal sustainability? Want to dip your toe in the kitchen environment but not sure you’re ready to jump in with both feet? Assist the Line Cook in preparing for our daily lunch/dinner service and learn more about working in a restaurant kitchen environment. You’ll also help out the rest of the team with whatever comes up. This position is more important than you may realize!

Position includes:

  • 40 hours/week

  • Cook using local ingredients and house made products

  • Assist with recipe development

  • Learn about food and whole animal sustainability
